May Meeting Minutes – Godfathers

Present - Schaffers, Hills, Nichols and O’Hara.

Treasurers Report - None.

Old Business - Gundersons need to return original SSG

software to President.

Brittney Gunderson needs to sign amended

bylaws.

Schaffers are still awaiting reimbursement for

Purchase of SSG software.

New Business - Elections –

Jim Nichols – President

Clayton Hill – Vice President

Tom O’Hara – Treasurer

Bill Schaffer - Secretary

Tom will review treasurers books and advise

on the following:

Final payout amounts on Hansen and Klanderud.

Payout options and amount for Schultz. (a 48

hour window will be allowed for voting of payout

options).

Valuation amount for Gurney.

Motion was made and passed to purchase up to

10 shares of Cardinal Health. (depending on account balances).

Bill Schaffer will update Ameritrade register.

Stocks to discuss at June meeting:

· Tricon (restaurant industry)

· Donnelly Corp (mirror industry)

· Coors (beverage industry)

June meeting has been rescheduled to

July 8^th @ O’Hara.
