June Meeting Minutes – Schaffers

Present - Schaffers, Clay, Nichols, special guest Pat Schaffer.

Treasurers Report

1. Reviewed financials.

2. Mary had a question regarding the “Total Paid to Date” column on the Member Status report. She was asking why the amounts are odd numbers. We were not able to answer and hoped Tom could enlighten us.

3. Checks collected from Schaffers, Tom, Nichols prepaid. Hill’s to mail in.

1. Reviewed and updated Stop Limits:

a. GD - $85.00

b. SBUX - $35.00

c. KO – 45

d. RKY - $60.00

2. Reviewed stocks.

3. Agreed on means of paying out Hipshers in the amount of $1488.43 (# of shares may be adjusted pending current value at time of xfer)

a. 19 shares of KO at an estimated value of 1024.60

b. 10 shares of KSS at an estimated value of 465.60

c. remainder in cash

4. Jim is going to contact Stu, Gundersons, and Carol regarding their club status.

5. Let’s all welcome Pat Schaffer as our newest member. Pat has bought in for an amazing $500.00.

6. Approved a purchase of 15 shares of Walgreens (WAG) at current price. (~$36.00)
