Report
1.
Reviewed financials.
~$570.00 in bank, ~$36.00 in brokerage.
2.
Tom discussed his plan for recreating the accounting data
based on the 2002 year end statement.
3.
Tom reported we have earned 38.56 in dividends this year.
4.
Reviewed current stock prices.
5.
Checks collected from Nichols, Tom, Carol, Stew. Schaffers and Hills will mail in checks.

Bill presented Kohl’s (KSS).
The stock looks very good. While
the group was duly impressed with the clarity, quality and skill of Bill’s
presentation, it was decided to hold until next meeting for two reasons.
a.
So as not to empty our account.
b.
Once Disney SSG is complete, we can compare to KSS and decide.
2.
Schaffers checked out 2nd SSG software CD from Jim. Product license on second CD worked great and
was recorded on original CD. CD’s will
be returned to Jim at next meeting.
3.
Jim recommended SSG training.
Both a refresher for us “veterans” and initial training for our Carol
and Stu. Tom will bring the laptop and
Proxima. Jim will bring current
ValueLine for Disney
4.
Mary discussed article in NAIC Magazine discussing Top Ten
club holdings. We own three of the ten.
5.
Bill was reminded to bring a copy of the bylaws to next
meeting for Carol and Stu.
6.
September meeting is at Nichols on Sept. 26th
